About Greg T. Bevillard
I practice in multiple areas of civil litigation, including real estate,
business, construction and tort. I began my legal career as an
Assistant State Attorney for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in Lee County.
Before opening up my own practice, I was a litigator with local firm
specializing in real estate and commercial litigation. Before that, I was
an attorney at two state-wide, defense firms, where I handled cases on
both the State and Federal level, including all aspects of general
liability, complex personal injury and property matters, wrongful death,
products liability and criminal defense. I have also served as general
counsel to several companies.
I am a graduate of Florida International University (B.A. 1995) and Nova
University (J.D. 1998). In my last year of law school, I was selected to
participate in the Shepard Broad Law Center's Business Practice
Externship with a prominent, West Palm Beach firm in their Real
Estate/Land Use Division.
I am a member of the Florida Bar. I am admitted to practice in Florida
state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
I have lived in Lee County since 1980. I attended St. Francis Xavier
Elementary School, Bishop Verot High School and I graduated from
Cape Coral High School. Prior to beginning my law career, I was
employed with a local real estate developer.
